Welcome to 1SIM. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By purchasing from or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Australia.

1SIM is an Australian-based e-commerce store specialising in Sim Racing cockpits and accessories, catering to both consumers and businesses within Australia.

2. Eligibility

To make a purchase from our website, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian;

  • Provide accurate and complete information at checkout;

  • Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Products & Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion;

  • Modify or discontinue products without notice.

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We accept payment via Credit Card only. Your order will not be processed until full payment is received and confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Australia only.

  • We aim to dispatch all products in a timely manner — usually within 1–4 business days under normal circumstances.

  • If there are any delays with dispatch, you will be notified via email.

  • Delivery timeframes after dispatch are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules or external factors.

  • Due to the weight and size of our products, all orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL). This means your order will be left at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it.

  • Packages cannot be held at courier depots or collection points.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen goods once delivery has been completed at the specified address under ATL.

  • If your order is damaged during transit, we will cover the cost of replacement or repair, provided the damage is reported within 7 days of delivery (see Returns & Refunds below).

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

However, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a refund, exchange, or replacement if the product you receive is:

  • Faulty,

  • Damaged during shipping, or

  • Not as described.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via our website’s contact form at www.1sim.au.

  • You may be required to provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue.

If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs may be covered by us if the product is deemed faulty or damaged during transit.

6. Account Creation

If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;

  • All activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

  • We are not responsible for stolen goods once delivered under Authority to Leave.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
